Learn Islam was founded in 2010 by a student (his pen name : Abu Sahl Al Ansari), to provide free and accessible Islamic education to the youth on Facebook, under the guidance of reputed scholars.
Today, with the help of a team of dedicated volunteers, they have about 150,000 subscribers and about 25,000 students who participated in more than 45 courses on various topics, offered till date. The courses are now run on the Website, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram and also via E-mail.
LEARN ISLAM has also started providing free Quran Classes since 2023, free group classes for Tajweed, Tilaawah & Hifdh are offered for Brothers, Sisters & Kids Alhamdulillah. More than 300 people are currently doing hifdh for free with us Alhamdulillah and over 1000s study Tajweed and Tilawah every month with our dedicated teachers.
We take advice from various Sheikhs in Saudi Arabia like Sheikh Yasir Al Jabri (Indian), Sheikh Abu Bakr Muqtar (Pakistani) amongst others and also those staying abroad but follow the Quran & Sunnah on the understanding of the Sahaba.
Shekh Yasir Al Jabri has especially been instrumental in our growth and helped us a lot with his guidance, the certificates provided to the students are Alhamdulilah signed by him.
